Now you can turn on the WebScheduler through Schedule | Turn web scheduler On. A webpage will come up that gives access to all the scheduling boards. Share this website address with others which gives them up to the minute access to the current schedule. Others can also update job details through the webpage. The update get synchronized with MaxScheduler desktop and others viewing the web schedule.
The Web Scheduler works over a local area network, thus your schedule data is protected within your business. If you have a wireless network setup, others can have access to the schedule on portable wifi devices such as Apple Itouch, RIM Blackberry devices, Andriod phones and tablets such as the Apple Ipad.
